I just wanted to let you know how much I enjoyed your presentation at Culinary Council on Wednesday night. Although some parts, as expected, were a little too advanced for me I learnt all sorts of things that will help me to develop my cooking skills and therefore my enjoyment for cooking.I thought your relaxed, friendly style allowed you to relate well with all those attending and in doing so allowed everyone to get the most from your presentation.I for one went home with my head buzzing with excitement and ideas.

Although this is a little belated, I wanted to say how truly grateful I am for your amazing support towards my volunteering in Kenya at the beginning of this year.
